[redacted] stating that the sealer was not drying and was tacky. Myself and another employee went to Mr. [redacted]’s home and found that the driveway was indeed tacky and deduced that the tackiness was consistent with over application of the product. I explained to Mr. [redacted] that it was too late in the season to address the situation, that his drive was well protected for the winter and we would return in the spring of 2017. In June of 2017 our employee went to Mr. [redacted]’s home and pressure washed the driveway. We then sourced a product - Dicone DC9 - a silicone sealer remover on a test spot. It worked well and Mr. [redacted] agreed to use the Dicone DC9 on the remainder of the driveway. In July 2017 we coated the drive with the Dicone DC9 and then pressure washed it. Due to the construction in the neighborhood and the tackiness of the drive, it did appear very dark and dirty. After applying the product the drive appeared much cleaner and looked like the other drives in the neighborhood. In August 2017 all parties agreed to use a steam pressure washer on the drive to brighten it up. This was completed in September of 2017.            As of this date the drive has a slight modeling but looks much better that it did in the spring. As stated previously, it looks like the other drives in the neighborhood.  The drive is well protected and as it ages, the modeling will diminish.                                   �...⇄ CONCRETE CORP                                      ...⇄ * W[redacted], VP
