omeOctober 25, In reference to the Revdex.com Complaint ID # [redacted] I do hereby submit the following: On 10/22/Mr [redacted] purchased (2) gallon pails of Euclid BaracadeOn 11/01/he purchased and additional gallon pailMid November of we received a call from Mr [redacted] stating that the sealer was not drying and was tackyMyself and another employee went to Mr [redacted] ’s home and found that the driveway was indeed tacky and deduced that the tackiness was consistent with over application of the productI explained to Mr [redacted] that it was too late in the season to address the situation, that his drive was well protected for the winter and we would return in the spring of In June of our employee went to Mr [redacted] ’s home and pressure washed the drivewayWe then sourced a product - Dicone DC- a silicone sealer remover on a test spotIt worked well and Mr [redacted] agreed to use the Dicone DCon the remainder of the drivewayIn July we coated the drive with the Dicone DCand then pressure washed itDue to the construction in the neighborhood and the tackiness of the drive, it did appear very dark and dirtyAfter applying the product the drive appeared much cleaner and looked like the other drives in the neighborhoodIn August all parties agreed to use a steam pressure washer on the drive to brighten it upThis was completed in September of As of this date the drive has a slight modeling but looks much better that it did in the springAs stated previously, it looks like the other drives in the neighborhood The drive is well protected and as it ages, the modeling will diminish WESTVIEW CONCRETE CORP Brock * W***, VP
