Lakeshore Medical Clinic

I have never had an issue with my primary doctor. But today this clinic has done NOTHING but send me all over to multiple places for an appointment they scheduled wrong. I have been in extreme pain for over a week,have gone and seen my primary dr,got an mri then waited for the scheduler to call to make an appointment for a specialist. This is where my problem began. I was called monday and the lady was Jessica whom had asked me when I wanted the appointment and due to my pain I said as soon as possible. She then goes to tell me about upcoming appointments on Wednesday,which any normal person would assume she was talking about this coming Wednesday the 28th since she failed to even say a date. She then goes on to tell me the building I had to go to which was an extra 20 minute drive from my usual clinic and that it would be in suite 204. Well I get there early for my appointment which I'm excited for some kind of pain relief. For 1 the Dr wasn't in the suite I was told so I had to walk back down to the 1st floor just to find out the Dr wasn't even in today and she scheduled my appointment for the following week. I had to call several people to get an appointment today. I then get to the 2ND appointment,again I'm early, and I find out the other dr is not here and I have to wait another 30 minutes to see her. I am in severe pain and am NOT looking for narcotics to deal with my pain. I am a single mother of 2 and am going to school which the pain I am dealing with is causing me to not be able to take care of my children and participate in my labs in my classes because of this. I feel I was repeatedly lied to just to pass my problem onto the next person. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
