***, we appreciate your feedback regarding our service and businessWhen you first brought this to our attention on April through ***, later on Revdex.com and then as a *** review, we attempted to work with you by having you discuss this further with our Managing Partner, ***ua ***We have tried numerous times to resolve, and when you both spoke this past Friday (4/28) there was little we could to help you work with us for a mutual resolutionWe truly value the Lakeshore customer experience and want to ensure that you have received the service you need moving forwardWe have also spoken to your management company to ensure they are aware of the situation

I am rejecting this response because:I'm very sorry to still see the obvious confusion that Lakeshore Recycling has with not only the matter of the driver not emptying our blue trash container on 4/yet as has even been confirmed by mgr*** when I had the very strange conversation with her on 4/and also Mr*** also stated that the driver did not see or document any reason at all as to us having large items or what any reason at all as to what a problem would have beenWe are only two women, one is elderly as we would not be able to carry any large items plus they would block our vehicle as the blue container that smelled terrible from only regular trash that was not emptied until two weeks went by.Our management company gave us your phone # on third 4/in the morning and said for us to call you as we didOnly to need to call again late afternoon 4/in which the very crazy conversation with Mgr*** transpiredPlease read the details of the conversation as they are in the complaintWe were told by her also as much was said but none the less she said that she called our management office to let them know that if we had large garbage items that we need to call themI called our management office and the woman said herself that it sounds like Lakeshore Recycling does not want to admit they missed our containerWe had no items other than what was in our blue container, just regular garbagePictures were sent to the Revdex.com last week if they would help.As our two requests last week through the Revdex.com simply asking for these issues with your company to be explained and even addressed in a response, a *** *** did call Friday 4/and left a message saying that he is not sure what we want him to doI did call him back but he sounded very frustrated and it was very difficult to get a word in as I tried of course to ask what had happened with our garbage containerHe stated that the driver had been through our area but he still could not address the issue of our unit being missed, as to why.When asking about the poor customer service with someone that is a manager at this company he stated that mgr*** did not believe us and that we had large itemsWhich I can keep repeating until it is clear that we did not have large itemsOur management company is aware of the fact that our container was missed., but am not sure what that has to do with anything in this particular case since they asked us to call you in the first place to find out what the problem wasFor us to be told that we had large items when we didn't as even the driver didn't see any as you have statedThis on top if the other things said during the strange conversation with mgr*** which again, please read as it really was strangeAs it was to hear from *** that we weren't believed about the garbage and also he became agitated as to us lowering as he stated their Revdex.com ratingYou can't work with a customer, as you put it unless you can properly address the problem that occurredMaybe you can have another more informative conversation with your driver who was here in the park on 4/But even so with extremely poor logic and reasoning skills as far as how to handle a simple phone call and just in general terrible customer service skillsThe reviews that are mentioned are a result of this terrible matterThe reviews are left and not a place to work with usAs there will be ongoing reviews on many sites as that is what happens in situations like thisHowever the Revdex.com would be a great place to address the specific things in the complaint as this is now the third response that only indicates nothing has been addressedWe are not sure if the details if the complaint are not being read in full or what confusion remains that we have not been repeatedly clear aboutBut the lack of a proper response as far as the complaint being addressed still has not taken place, which is quite obvious to anyone reading it outside of your place of business

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The very first time they picked up our garbage they damaged the fence around our parking lot and are refusing to take responsibility. It took them over a month (and numerous follow ups from me) for them to determine that they would not cover the damages unless we had eyewitnesses. They tried to suggest that someone hit the dumpster with their vehicle, yet there was no damage to the front of the dumpster and there was clearly a huge dent in the top of the fence indicating that the dumpster had been dropped from above. The only other plausible explanation is that another garbage company lifted our dumpster and dropped it on our fence within a few hours of Lakeshore collecting our garbage which does not seem very likely. Anyway, had I known they'd refuse to do the right thing we would have gotten the fence repaired ASAP as there has been increasing criminal activity in our alley, but they did not show any concern about the threat to our safety by treating the situation with any kind of urgency. They did offer a free month of service which covers about 15% of the cost to repair the fence.

There are so many options out there in similar price ranges - there's absolutely no reason to go with these guys. Save yourself the hassle and money and find a company with more integrity (or at least better drivers).
