We received a great email quote on a 2015 RV After driving 4 hours they would not honor the price. But is was OK we decided on a different RV anyway. A NEW 2014 Keystone Hideout 28BHS, so excited we bought it!! Got it home found out it was not winterized because the water tanks were 2/3 full!! Very upset that we spent that much money on what we were told was a brand new trailer to find out its used. They would not come get it we had to drive it all the way back. We put about 1200 miles on our truck and spent about $500 in gas. They wouldn't help us out with gas money or anything. I would never buy from people that don't tell the truth. So if you do buy from them you might just be buying something used because they have no idea when they let someone use their trailers. Later we found out we were not the only people this has happened to! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
