Review: On site manager is rude,I've been here since July of 2015 paid my rent 5 months in advance,OnJan.1st of 2016 she hands me a notice to vacate if not paid that day. She is overcharging for electric,Ive requested my meter be checked 3 times,and we do not have access to the facilities as she locks them when she wants to,I have to my laundry elsewhere due to this.She comes to my door and pounds on it demanding me to move and she took photos of 2 vehicles and tells me my license plates are being compiscated and makes threats towards me.I had to call local sheriff's out here due to her threats, she has done this to others also, and there is a pending investigation with [redacted].Desired Settlement: The manager needs to run the park like it should be and make facilities accessable to the tenants here, the rudeness and threats should stop and the park needs to upgrade the power meters and be read accordingly with the kw used and the rate they are charging.They don't even read them she copies my bill it's been the same am 2 months now. There are certain the park needs to follow

That information is FALSE! There are several people that have left here due to the accommodations here. I'm in process of leaving also. There are several complaints on the power meters here and I've requested that mine be checked and nothing has been done yet. They are charging double the cost for [redacted] rates.
