In response to the letter dated 11/14/that we received from Revdex.com we'd like to state once again that *** *** was declined based on failing our criminal criteriaI'd also like to reiterate to *** *** that if he feels there is a discrepancy on his criminal report to contact our screening company and the jurisdiction of the offense
We did not run his credit as he stated on his application that he owed another apartment communityTherefore he decided to have his father as a lease holder and himself as an occupantAll lease holders and occupants must clear the criminal background check in order to live at our property and he failed this criteria

Through the lies that her corporate boss spouted, the same holdimg of a rental history 8 years old not even run. These people are so incompetent they can't even keep their own story straight. My criminal history is clear and the basis for their farce of a  background check is technicalities and outright fabrications. These despicable actions are simply par for the course for this group of thugs with property. It's not simply about the money, it's about deceipt, unfair and illegal business practices,  and shady stupid employees.
