This place is far from professionalOperating as a business and offering a option to purchase a vehicle from them as another dealer, I was then told it would be ok for them to sell the vehicle to my companyWe agreed to terms over the phoneWhen asked to forward a buyers order to complete the transaction they advised they would be sending it momentarilyTHIS WAS FALSEAs my purchase consultant made it a point to drive down to this dealership and issue a check to the dealer in exchange for title, he arrived and was told they didn't have the title are they weren't selling the vehicle to usAs a B2B transaction this is far from professional and it should be made note of to the public

This Broker sold me a Jeep Compass5k miles later the clutch breaksAnother 5k miles and the entire transmission needs replacedThey sold me a piece of ***

Do Not, I repeat, DO NOT purchase from this dealerI bought a vehicle that supposedly had a safety inspection and was inspected more times prior to my purchaseDAYS after purchase, both drive shafts shear from axleVery unprofessional dealings with both the north store and the South storeIf it were legal for me to *** the managers I had dealings with, I would do it in a heartbeatThe entire experience made it so that I will NEVER purchase from them again and I will ensure anyone I know understands the full magnitude of how shady this dealer is

I purchased a jeep wrangler from Tye long distance over the phone then drove miles to pick it up and was pleased with the accurate description I was given I would recommend anyone looking at purchasing a auto to contact this business , excellent professional service was given

Horrible service.. Traded my truck in for a car I thought was front wheel drive getting home after research I learned it was rwd. Took it back the next day and got another car where the horn did not work and a peice of window trim was off. Awaited for payout on my previous vehichle and I called today when my salesmen said it was sent to the bank yesterday, my wife called for the number for the account and the finance woman that works there called me and my wife a liar. Don't recommend completely unprofessional. If they keep being unprofessional until my loan is payed off I will file an actual complaint.

very happy. Worked very hard to earn my business! Greta job!

CJ the general manager sold me a truck before I had officialy been financed thru the bank so I signed the paperwork and was on my way but because I travel for work my loan was denied so I called CJ and told him I would bring the truck back when I got my old truck and my down payment back well he gave me the run around for 4 weeks wouldn't answer my phone calls wouldn't give me a reassuring answer. Well come to find out he had in house financed it and didn't tell me about it so it came up for repossession well he came and took it while I was in surgery and now he won't give me my old truck my down payment or my personal belongings that are in the truck

I purchased a 1999 Suburban from these guys a few days ago at the Brianna Point location and I couldn't be happier. The vehicle is immaculate, the detail cleaning on it is superb, the operation of the vehicle was better than I expected from an older vehicle, the history recovery on it was very accurate, the price was accurate according to blue book, I never felt like they were trying to rip me off, any questions or concerns I had about the vehicle were answered quickly and thoroughly, and last but not least, they worked around me and my financial schedule.

Thank you Lakeside Auto Brokers for making my visit an amazing experience. You defiantly have my vote and I will be referring you to everybody I know.

I recently bought a used vehicle from this business upon my return from deployment to Afghanistan. I had heard both sides of the story about this business. Some people have had good experience, others not so much. Upon viewing the vehicle it had a few minor dings to the whole deal, which is acceptable. It's a used car. I went through their mechanics to find out the reason behind the check engine light being on. Their mechanic told my dealer that it was nothing. It had been sitting on the lot for a while. It turns out there was a cylinder misfire ending up in a bunch of internal damage to the engine. It was conveyed to me after the purchase that there were actual codes that DEFINITELY SHOULD HAVE BEEN RELAYED TO ME. Now my car, which I just received the title to, is in the shop getting a whole new engine installed. I had taken the chance to view some more vehicles in the lot after seeing my car in the shop. The first vehicle I looked at was an Audi. It was dead and didn't have an oil plug. The vehicle was still on their site looking for a bit above KBB value. The second vehicle I looked at had minor cosmetic damage to the front fender and the battery wouldn't take a charge. Right at the start for the first two vehicles I had looked at there were problems to take into consideration. This would typically lead one to think there HAD to be something wrong under further inspection. What was I told when I asked if they knew anything about the vehicles or any prior incident? I was simply told, "We don't really know anything about our vehicles." I guess that's just how this particular business would like to run. As for the complaint side of the argument. One way to get better at resolving complaints is to get a lot of them. I will say this one positive thing about this business. When confronted with this incident, they handled it in a professional manner. They stood by their paperwork and did what they could to help me out, which is commendable. All in all I wouldn't recommend this particular business to any of my friends. I would go so far as to say, "Just look somewhere else."

cheap company, sold me a truck that did not have legal tires on it. The emergency brake system has loose wires that make the computer think the brake is activated and they didn't tell me about that problem until after we signed a contract. The no seat belt alert tone blows every time the truck starts but did not do this during our test drive so I am guessing the mechanic hid that problem as well. Furthermore, I am a first time buyer and they completely took advantage of my naivety by telling me it is worth double its KBB value. Unfortunately I did not check my facts and have over paid. That is my fault but still, after earning my trust they exploited it and made their money. If I could return the truck and get my money back I would but that is not an option so I thought I would post and hopefully save someone else the trouble.

Lakeside Auto Brijers had my dream truck a King Ranch Diesel. We traded our truck in and it seemed seem less. Well then a problem arouse with the warranty. It was a big problem. I won't go into details here but I can say Mgr [redacted] once he got involved started to go to work for me. It didn't take long and [redacted] got a resolution that worked for us. It helped us out and he did everything they could to make us happy as wel as the owner wanted the same. Mistakes and problems happen how you take care of your customers after you've been paid and such speaks volumes. The resolution wasn't the greatest in the world but it was fair and they were gonna make sure nothing like this happened again. Again how a company works for you once they have been paid speaks volumes. [redacted] worked hard and I appreciate all they did. I would buy another truck from them. I would send people their way. They owned up to a mistake and made it as well as could be for both parties. I love my truck so A+

I purchased a vehicle from Lakeside on 10/4/2016. On 10/10/2016 the vehicle overheated and broke down on the highway. I brought the vehicle to my mechanic and was told that the vehicle could not pass emissions and needed a new catalytic converter. I had the vehicle towed back to Lakeside on 10/11/2016 and was told they would look into it. Lakeside took three weeks to repair my vehicle and returned it to me on 11/6/2016. On 11/6/2016 I also finally received a voucher for emissions testing, because I had not initially received one at the time of purchase. I drove the vehicle on 11/11/2016 and it broke down again leaving me stranded on a mountain pass. I had the vehicle again towed back to Lakeside and told them that I wanted my money back. I was told that the only way out of my current loan with the vehicle that doesn't work, was to get another loan with them. After researching their inventory, I finally found another decent vehicle. Not only was I forced to take out a larger loan than I had initially planned, but the $2000 down payment put down on the first vehicle, is now nowhere to be found. I was told that the current offering on the newest vehicle is at a reduced rate, but it isn't. It's the same price it's listed for on their website. And the vehicle that I initially purchased, it's currently up on their website for sale.

Horrible. Never sell your vehicle here. I sold my car to them in the middle of October. The salesman told me I would have to wait a week for the owner to write me a check. 2 weeks pass and I don't hear a word. I call and the women in the financial office told me they would have to get the pay off first. Ok, well that makes send, although the salesman lied to me.

So I get confirmation that the car was paid off in the first couple weeks of November. I call every couple weeks and they tell me they don't have anything yet. 3 months go by and I finally get them to admit that they've had the payoff since the 2nd week of December. Here I am, January 20th, and they I still don't have my check. They said they mailed it to the wrong apartment number, but we checked and there was nothing from them in the mailbox they said they sent it to. Now I am being told that there is no way to contact the owner, who apparently is the only one that can write a check, and I just have to keep waiting. Horrible.

On 4/1/2016 I was involved in a auto accident and my truck was a total lost. I needed a truck and stopped by Lakeside Auto Brokers on S.Tejon. Tom came out and asked what we were looking for. We told him and he said they had several kinds of financing and he thought they could help us find what were' looking for. They found us a loan at a good rate and then found several trucks that we actually liked in our price range. We chose a F250 Diesel. The truck we chose had to be jumped started in order to test drive it so they tested the battery's and alternater and found both needed to be replaced. They could have the parts in the next day install them and at no cost to us then we couuld pick up our truck the next day. We picked up the truck and everything worked great. A few days later while driving it just stopped. I called the dealership they pick up the truck found the problem fixed it at no cost to me. I will definitely go back to this dealership because they took care of business.

I bought a truck at the lakeside on Tejon. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! We bought a truck the 8th of February. We've already had to have them replace 2 O2 sensors and the cat converter. If they ever even did! It took them over a month to replace a windshield. They never return calls including the manager. So far I bought a $15,000 truck and I've put in 1500.00 in work on it. They quick fix Their vehicles to get them sold. We just found out my truck needs another $3000 in work done. This place is a joke. What's worse is I asked to have a mechanic check it out to make sure everything was good, James my salesman said he'd have it looked over. Told me everything was great!! Not even!!! So disappointed. I wouldnt recommend going here unless you have a lot of mechanic knowledge. Otherwise stay away!! These people are a rip off and a joke!!!

I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Elantra during the first week of October 2016. The salesman and staff were very friendly and attentive during the sale. The car had bad tires , a cracked windshield, significant hail damage , and a badly damaged front bumper. In order to sell the car to me , they agreed to replace windshield and tires in which they did and also to replace bumper. I was called by the salesman , Sam , and asked to add $300.00 into loan to help cover bumper since they felt they had done alot already. I was busy between jobs and agreed . I was told it would take a couple weeks. after 3 weeks , I contacted Sam several times , each time being told it would be taken care of. .On 11/4/16 , I again text Sam about it. Sam replied 'Ill get to it as soon as I can ! The following week my son called and spoke to the manager and then to Sam , who once again said it would be taken care of and have never called back. I was originally shown proof that the car was never wrecked , that they damaged it on the lot , which leads me to ask Why am I paying for it anyway??? and since I paid for it ,Why am I not getting what I paid for??? Sincerely a very frustrated customer who would never do business there again, nor would my family or friends.

I stopped in to see a specific car. I knew they were overpriced by about $6k but thought it was worth it to see if they really had a show quality Shelby as their price advertised. NOPE not even close! Mileage was higher than advertised, lots of paint scratches and nicks, worn interior, and it was either altered or simply did not have the packages it was advertised to have. I wasnt sold and left. I ended up talking to 4 different sales people (they all contacted me). The forat two clearly just wanted tp sepl the car. The first salesman couldnt even find it! I found it before he did. They all offered "awesome deals" if I wohld just come in...their awesome deal was to drop $500-$1k on a grossly overpriced car. It was like they thought I didn't know what I was looking at. I made a very fair offer and was all but laughed at. This dealership treats their customers like they don't know what they are looking at and will try to take advantage of anybody who comes in.
