I purchased a Suburban from these guys a few days ago at the Brianna Point location and I couldn't be happierThe vehicle is immaculate, the detail cleaning on it is superb, the operation of the vehicle was better than I expected from an older vehicle, the history recovery on it was very accurate, the price was accurate according to blue book, I never felt like they were trying to rip me off, any questions or concerns I had about the vehicle were answered quickly and thoroughly, and last but not least, they worked around me and my financial schedule Thank you Lakeside Auto Brokers for making my visit an amazing experienceYou defiantly have my vote and I will be referring you to everybody I know

Horrible serviceTraded my truck in for a car I thought was front wheel drive getting home after research I learned it was rwdTook it back the next day and got another car where the horn did not work and a peice of window trim was offAwaited for payout on my previous vehichle and I called today when my salesmen said it was sent to the bank yesterday, my wife called for the number for the account and the finance woman that works there called me and my wife a liarDon't recommend completely unprofessionalIf they keep being unprofessional until my loan is payed off I will file an actual complaint

I purchased a Hyundai Elantra during the first week of October The salesman and staff were very friendly and attentive during the saleThe car had bad tires , a cracked windshield, significant hail damage , and a badly damaged front bumperIn order to sell the car to me , they agreed to replace windshield and tires in which they did and also to replace bumperI was called by the salesman , Sam , and asked to add $into loan to help cover bumper since they felt they had done alot alreadyI was busy between jobs and agreed I was told it would take a couple weeksafter weeks , I contacted Sam several times , each time being told it would be taken care of.On 11/4/, I again text Sam about itSam replied 'Ill get to it as soon as I can ! The following week my son called and spoke to the manager and then to Sam , who once again said it would be taken care of and have never called backI was originally shown proof that the car was never wrecked , that they damaged it on the lot , which leads me to ask Why am I paying for it anyway??? and since I paid for it ,Why am I not getting what I paid for??? Sincerely a very frustrated customer who would never do business there again, nor would my family or friends

I recently bought a used vehicle from this business upon my return from deployment to AfghanistanI had heard both sides of the story about this businessSome people have had good experience, others not so muchUpon viewing the vehicle it had a few minor dings to the whole deal, which is acceptableIt's a used carI went through their mechanics to find out the reason behind the check engine light being onTheir mechanic told my dealer that it was nothingIt had been sitting on the lot for a whileIt turns out there was a cylinder misfire ending up in a bunch of internal damage to the engineIt was conveyed to me after the purchase that there were actual codes that DEFINITELY SHOULD HAVE BEEN RELAYED TO MENow my car, which I just received the title to, is in the shop getting a whole new engine installedI had taken the chance to view some more vehicles in the lot after seeing my car in the shopThe first vehicle I looked at was an AudiIt was dead and didn't have an oil plugThe vehicle was still on their site looking for a bit above KBB valueThe second vehicle I looked at had minor cosmetic damage to the front fender and the battery wouldn't take a chargeRight at the start for the first two vehicles I had looked at there were problems to take into considerationThis would typically lead one to think there HAD to be something wrong under further inspectionWhat was I told when I asked if they knew anything about the vehicles or any prior incident? I was simply told, "We don't really know anything about our vehicles." I guess that's just how this particular business would like to runAs for the complaint side of the argumentOne way to get better at resolving complaints is to get a lot of themI will say this one positive thing about this businessWhen confronted with this incident, they handled it in a professional mannerThey stood by their paperwork and did what they could to help me out, which is commendableAll in all I wouldn't recommend this particular business to any of my friendsI would go so far as to say, "Just look somewhere else."

HorribleNever sell your vehicle hereI sold my car to them in the middle of OctoberThe salesman told me I would have to wait a week for the owner to write me a checkweeks pass and I don't hear a wordI call and the women in the financial office told me they would have to get the pay off firstOk, well that makes send, although the salesman lied to me So I get confirmation that the car was paid off in the first couple weeks of NovemberI call every couple weeks and they tell me they don't have anything yetmonths go by and I finally get them to admit that they've had the payoff since the 2nd week of DecemberHere I am, January 20th, and they I still don't have my checkThey said they mailed it to the wrong apartment number, but we checked and there was nothing from them in the mailbox they said they sent it toNow I am being told that there is no way to contact the owner, who apparently is the only one that can write a check, and I just have to keep waitingHorrible

I purchased a vehicle from Lakeside on 10/4/On 10/10/the vehicle overheated and broke down on the highwayI brought the vehicle to my mechanic and was told that the vehicle could not pass emissions and needed a new catalytic converterI had the vehicle towed back to Lakeside on 10/11/and was told they would look into itLakeside took three weeks to repair my vehicle and returned it to me on 11/6/On 11/6/I also finally received a voucher for emissions testing, because I had not initially received one at the time of purchaseI drove the vehicle on 11/11/and it broke down again leaving me stranded on a mountain passI had the vehicle again towed back to Lakeside and told them that I wanted my money backI was told that the only way out of my current loan with the vehicle that doesn't work, was to get another loan with themAfter researching their inventory, I finally found another decent vehicleNot only was I forced to take out a larger loan than I had initially planned, but the $down payment put down on the first vehicle, is now nowhere to be foundI was told that the current offering on the newest vehicle is at a reduced rate, but it isn'tIt's the same price it's listed for on their websiteAnd the vehicle that I initially purchased, it's currently up on their website for sale

I bought a truck at the lakeside on TejonI DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! We bought a truck the 8th of FebruaryWe've already had to have them replace O sensors and the cat converterIf they ever even did! It took them over a month to replace a windshieldThey never return calls including the managerSo far I bought a $15,truck and I've put in in work on itThey quick fix Their vehicles to get them soldWe just found out my truck needs another $in work doneThis place is a jokeWhat's worse is I asked to have a mechanic check it out to make sure everything was good, James my salesman said he'd have it looked overTold me everything was great!! Not even!!! So disappointedI wouldnt recommend going here unless you have a lot of mechanic knowledgeOtherwise stay away!! These people are a rip off and a joke!!!

Lakeside Auto Brijers had my dream truck a King Ranch DieselWe traded our truck in and it seemed seem lessWell then a problem arouse with the warrantyIt was a big problemI won't go into details here but I can say Mgr [redacted] once he got involved started to go to work for meIt didn't take long and [redacted] got a resolution that worked for usIt helped us out and he did everything they could to make us happy as wel as the owner wanted the same Mistakes and problems happen how you take care of your customers after you've been paid and such speaks volumesThe resolution wasn't the greatest in the world but it was fair and they were gonna make sure nothing like this happened againAgain how a company works for you once they have been paid speaks volumes [redacted] worked hard and I appreciate all they didI would buy another truck from themI would send people their wayThey owned up to a mistake and made it as well as could be for both partiesI love my truck so A+

On 4/1/I was involved in a auto accident and my truck was a total lostI needed a truck and stopped by Lakeside Auto Brokers on S.TejonTom came out and asked what we were looking forWe told him and he said they had several kinds of financing and he thought they could help us find what were' looking forThey found us a loan at a good rate and then found several trucks that we actually liked in our price rangeWe chose a FDieselThe truck we chose had to be jumped started in order to test drive it so they tested the battery's and alternater and found both needed to be replacedThey could have the parts in the next day install them and at no cost to us then we couuld pick up our truck the next dayWe picked up the truck and everything worked greatA few days later while driving it just stoppedI called the dealership they pick up the truck found the problem fixed it at no cost to meI will definitely go back to this dealership because they took care of business

cheap company, sold me a truck that did not have legal tires on itThe emergency brake system has loose wires that make the computer think the brake is activated and they didn't tell me about that problem until after we signed a contractThe no seat belt alert tone blows every time the truck starts but did not do this during our test drive so I am guessing the mechanic hid that problem as wellFurthermore, I am a first time buyer and they completely took advantage of my naivety by telling me it is worth double its KBB valueUnfortunately I did not check my facts and have over paidThat is my fault but still, after earning my trust they exploited it and made their moneyIf I could return the truck and get my money back I would but that is not an option so I thought I would post and hopefully save someone else the trouble

I stopped in to see a specific carI knew they were overpriced by about $6k but thought it was worth it to see if they really had a show quality Shelby as their price advertisedNOPE not even close! Mileage was higher than advertised, lots of paint scratches and nicks, worn interior, and it was either altered or simply did not have the packages it was advertised to haveI wasnt sold and leftI ended up talking to different sales people (they all contacted me)The forat two clearly just wanted tp sepl the carThe first salesman couldnt even find it! I found it before he did. They all offered "awesome deals" if I wohld just come in...their awesome deal was to drop $500-$1k on a grossly overpriced carIt was like they thought I didn't know what I was looking atI made a very fair offer and was all but laughed atThis dealership treats their customers like they don't know what they are looking at and will try to take advantage of anybody who comes in
