November 12, 2014 my car was at Lakeside Auto for diagnostic services. It was parked right next to the road by one of their associates. 4 hours later, a lady rolled her vehicle, hit a telephone pole, and 2 parked cars-one was mine. She had no insurance. I asked the owner of the business for his insurance info. He absolutely refused to give me his info and said "I don't have to". He and his front desk person were rude and mocking. 2 weeks later, his agent contacted me and said he actually DID have insurance to cover my auto. After over another week, I was sent a check for the value of my car-minus the business owner's $500 per car deductible on his coverage. He refused to pay me-even though his agent assured me that she notified him that he owed it to me , in addition I also called and asked for him to return my call about the payment -which he never did. I finally filed a small claims case, it took this step to get him to pay me-six months later!!! Horrible business
