November 12, my car was at Lakeside Auto for diagnostic services It was parked right next to the road by one of their associates hours later, a lady rolled her vehicle, hit a telephone pole, and parked cars-one was mine She had no insurance I asked the owner of the business for his insurance info He absolutely refused to give me his info and said "I don't have to" He and his front desk person were rude and mocking weeks later, his agent contacted me and said he actually DID have insurance to cover my auto After over another week, I was sent a check for the value of my car-minus the business owner's $per car deductible on his coverage He refused to pay me-even though his agent assured me that she notified him that he owed it to me , in addition I also called and asked for him to return my call about the payment -which he never did I finally filed a small claims case, it took this step to get him to pay me-six months later!!! Horrible business
