Review: I WENT TO THE CAR LOT FOR MY GRAND-DAUGHTER AND I PURCHASED 3 CARS. ONE WHEN I DROVE IT WITH NO PLATE IT FELT LIKE THE TRANSMISSION WAS SLIPPING. SO THEY TOOK IT BACK. I CALLED WHEN I GOT HOME BUT I COULD NOT TALK PERSONELLY WITH ANYONE. THESECOND CR I PICKED UP LAST NIGHT AND WHEN I DROVE IT TO WORK IT DOES NOT HAVE A INSPECTION STICKER NOR EMMISION STICKER, AND I WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT IT, IT DOES HAVE AN OIL CHANGE STICKER BUT NOYHING ELSE. I THINK THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO LET SOMEONE KNOW, KNOW I CAN NOT GET ANYONE TO TALK TO ME. THEY TRANSFER ME TO A PHONE THAT IS NOT TAKING MESSAGES. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. PLEASE HELP ME BECAUSE I ALREADY SIGNED THE PAPERS LAST NIGHT. I ALSO GAVE THEM 2,000 DOLLRS AND I DO NOT SEE IT IN THE COST,Desired Settlement: AND I WOULD LIKE A REVIEW OF THE BILL WITH THE 2,000 DEDUCTION SHOWN OR AN ADJUSTMENT MADE. THE CARS INSPECTED. AND ANY REPAIRS THAT NEED DONE COMPLETED.
