To Whom is may Concern:The first set of death certificates she ordered was sent to her and her sister by mail. We have never had any problems with the postal service delivering anything, especially with them going to two different addresses. When the family called we put in another order because the...

county there loved one passed in was out of the area so we had to wait for the post office. When we got your letter we drove to the health department and bought another set and then mailed them certified with a return receipt so we know they received them. Because of this situation the funeral home now will mail out of country orders certified so this doesn't ever happen again. We are sorry this happened and it has taken so long for the family to receive there death certificated. We told the health department when you get our other check please send it back to us. The did tell us they have been having problem's with orders coming in and going out, they also said they are looking into mailing things out certified so this doesn't happen to other families. Thank you for your time[redacted]Lakeside Colonial Chapel
