Aloha, I have just noticed that my case no. [redacted] has been closed although I have never received an email from you (checked in my junk email too) with the response from Hawaii Health Systems Corporation. For your information I'm out of U.S.A. for the time being, coming back by the end of the month. I wish the case open as for once more Maui Memorial Medical Center avoided talking straight once again did not reply to my specific questions, once again is ignoring my questions. It's not about medical records (which I have them all) BUT for the charges. I have never received a reply to my questions as I have never received their updated invoice with the discount they offered in written on January 30th 2017. Just the fact that they have claimed in the past to not have found the surgeon to confirm my claims with regards to her quotation and her classification of my case as a level 3 instead of 4 that I am charged for says it all, unless I was operated by some ghost.
