We sent out three different service persons at this location many times. We have the records to prove who and when they where dispatched. No service problems where found. The person complaining demanded five times the bend price. I tried to explain to her that we only refund one vend price as per... instructed from the building owner. After five minutes of her vebale abuse and her inability to listen I did hang the phone up. Our contract is with the building owner and not with the individual. This is a commercial account, we DO NOT contract with individual users. Her complaint should be with the building owner.
