declined the offer stating that he has already replaced it through another vendor.
When initially contacted by the customer with the complaint, his request was denied due to the age of the order. Our warranty as stated on our website and attached, requires the customer to notify us of any defects or errors in size within 30 days of receipt of order. The customer received his order on October 29th 2015 and contacted us about the error on March 16th 2016, a total of 139 days after receipt of order.

I am rejecting this response because:  It still dose not address the lack of quality control that 1 out 17 items order, were not manufactured per the ordered dimensions and the lack of customer service without having to contact the Revdex.com. I sent them an email 3/16 outlining the quality control issues and there was no response. I finally called them 3/24 and was simply told they were to busy to contact me and there was nothing they could do to resolve just the 1 item I wanted to have replaced.You can close the case but I would like this negative feed back to stand so that the company takes corrective action to change/improve and so other potential clients see both the positive and negative testimonials/feedback. We as consumers depend on the Revdex.com ratings in our evaluation of where we do business and based on my experience they currently don't deserve a high rating. I did responded to company on the 4/13/16 that I had already purchased a replacement from a competitor so there was no need to remake it.

I ordered maple cabinet doors with odd sizes to match the original construction in an old house. They were high quality & absolutely perfect. Ordering from their website was easy & prices were very reasonable.
