Be careful: When I called he 'squeezed' me in the spot I needed which I was thankful for however it always felt like I was inconveniencing him whenever we spoke on the phone. In addition, the numerous times we spoke he never bothered to tell me he didn't accept credit cards. It is cash /check only which can be a problem for people that don't carry $400 or more on them. I probably should have asked, but also I believe it is his responsibility to inform people. Secondly he quoted me $120/hour for 3 men and a truck however he never mentioned that the time starts when the crew leaves their shop location and the time stops when the crew arrives back at the shop. I had them for what I thought was 2 hours and 40 minutes: 8:00am - 10:40am ($288) but I was billed for 3 hours and 20 minutes: 7:40am - 11:00am ($384) and then charged $400!! The movers did a nice job and were very pleasant however I feel like I was mislead and taken advantage of.
