***, on January 10, we spoke with the *** and negotiated the charges, we sent her a check for $The complaint was submitted December 29, the ID number is I believe the *** are happy with our negotiation they received the check and I can verify with bookkeeping

I am rejecting this response because:
I have spoke to [redacted] yesterday 1/15/18 was the first and only time I spoke with anyone from San mar..neiither my wife or I has spoke with anyone yet agreeing to anything...not sure how they said they spoke to us and we accepted anything..[redacted] was going to put something together and call me back today at 430pm and did not call.

This letter is in response to your letter dated August 4, 2016. We have compiled some of the move out pictures from Mr. [redacted] vacating Casa de Luna Apartment #[redacted]. We have included a letter from the carpet repair and cleaning company indicating strong urine smell and positive urine tests from the...
carpet. We have included the actual bills from the costs we incurred to bring this apartment back up to rentable standards. Please note we have taken into consideration what would be normal wear and tear, the tenant's tenancy period and the overall condition that the apartment was left in. We have reduced the actual move out amount from $693.09 to $300.00 as a courtesy to Mr. [redacted] and the other three individuals on the lease. He agreed to this amount and then filed this complaint. We feel we have been more than fair to Mr. [redacted] considering the actual costs we have incurred because of the condition the apartment was left in and the damages done that were beyond normal wear and tear. Please let us know if you require any further documentation. We have additional documentation to support our position however it does have personal information regarding Mr. [redacted] and the other leaseholders. Our hope is that you see that we have been fair with Mr. [redacted] and the other 3 leaseholders. We have paid costs that the tenants could have been held responsible for. We respectfully ask that this matter be closed with your office with no further funds due to the former tenants.
