Review: I placed an order on 10/11/13 and received an automatic confirmation. Order # [redacted], sale #[redacted]. This confirmation indicated order inquiries should be addressed to [redacted]. On 10-24-13 I sent an email to the above referenced address for an update on my order. I did not get a response. On 10-25-13 I sent an email to [redacted] requesting that my order be cancelled as I had not received the merchandise nor a response from them. On 11-1-13 I received the merchandise less an item that is back ordered. It was mailed on 10-28-13 . I would like to return the merchandise at their expense plus a full refund. In addition, I would like a cancellation of the back ordered item.Desired Settlement: As stated above merchandise returned at their expense plus full refund. In addition cancellation do the back ordered item.
