My investigation into the matter (***) has indeed
found that the lights were turned off early that evening as
the customer's complaint has indicatedWithout offering
excuses I do want to say that we had multiple "call ins" and
"no-shows that weekObviously some of
our people were
more interested in "Holiday Festivities" than they were in
working and were trying to get out faster that eveningAs
to the complaint about the manager, she was with another
customer and the person on the phone would not waitWe
pride ourselves in customer service and in fact have a
wonderful reputation in the community fostered over many
yearsAs you know customers can have bad days just as
employees do and I think this is a classic example of both
happening at the same timeI will write a note to ***
*** with an apology and an incentive to come back and
give us another try
