I have numerous complaints in concerning black mold in In My Bedroom on the wall. In the Bathroom I Have spoken to different people each time concerning the matter. (This was Verbally spoken to) Concerning the Mold. I even took a Mainteance man inside to show him the mold. He verbally said to me on Monday Sept 21st he would be back on Wed Sept 22nd to fix the Mold and he never came back. Including the assist manager. The head of Maintenance. I have roaches getting into my bed.In my food.In my kitchen Counters . there's water damage on my bedroom floor due to heavy rain. It comes inside my bedroom. I pay for pest control and its not under control yet. I have only been in my Apt 3 months. I have electrical problems in the living room. Power continue to go out on 1 side of the living room for hours at a time ..2 electrical sockets are not properly working. I have Paint peeling out bath tub from them painting the tub with paint. My Dish washer is brand new and every time you wash dishes the water bags up into the dish washer. Have to run a cycle on dish washer every 2-3 days due to standing water inside the dish Machine. 1 of the toilets doesn't flush correctly have to constantly flush it. This is just unacceptable.
