I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Complaint is not settled Mr [redacted] only dug footers, he subcontract rest of work [redacted] & [redacted] Cosent invoices, sales tax was shown separate, the previous said would check invoice s& get back to meNever did, I called times Other contractors who did work , gave me other information & sales tax amountWhy can't Mr [redacted] ? Plumber did Capital Improvement form- no sales tax, why couldn't Mr [redacted] do it? I feel Mr [redacted] is still over charging meFirst he wanted $1895, $poor record keeping, then $on 9/20/for [redacted] Construction, was included in contractHe called me on 1/11/wanted $1750, I said no then he said $750, I said no I did pay $by mistakeHe now told you $550, which is it? He didn't do any extra labor, he only did footers in the beginningHe has invoices from [redacted] C& [redacted] Co which shows sales tax, why won;t he supply them? Is he hiding something? Mr [redacted] called me on 3/26/& threaten me twice, he said going to turn me in to his attorneyI thought he was not to contact me? [redacted] called and I spoke with him in response to the complaint. I have already reduced the cost down from $1750 to $650 and it is paid in full. The original footprint drawing changed to the final footprint drawing which resulted in additional charges. We were additionally charged $550 more from the...

mason and we reduced our labor down to $100.00. Regarding the sales tax amount the consumer is requesting, I furnished the material, so the sales tax was included in my price. There are no other invoices to be supplied, he attached the copies for his job, he has all of them at this point. We considered this complaint resolved at the point of full payment, of $650 on 1/13/2014, paid in full check #3875 from [redacted]. We feel we already made a good faith effort to resolve the complaint prior to the filing of this complaint on 3/21/14. I believe this complaint should not count as it was resolved prior to filing. There is no issue with quality of work performed as far as we know.

1. Mr. [redacted] only dug footers, he subcontract rest of work. [redacted] & [redacted] Co. sent invoices, sales tax was shown separate, the previous said would check invoice s& get back to me. Never did, I called 7 times.
2. Other contractors who did work , gave me other information & sales tax amount. Why can't Mr. [redacted]? Plumber did Capital Improvement form- no sales tax, why couldn't Mr. [redacted] do it?
3. I feel Mr. [redacted] is still over charging me. First he wanted $1895, $145 poor record keeping, then $1750 on 9/20/13 for [redacted] Construction, was included in contract.
