Thank you, In regards to this complaint there is no mention about a couple major delays in the projectFirst of all, [redacted] and [redacted] are on e of the nicest families that I've met over the years, the last thing I wanted for them was to be upset with usWe had demoed the kitchen and walls they wanted to be removed in a weeks time We then had the rough inspection which failed due to the existing framing of the houseWe had to get the architect back to draw up new plans to strengthen the walls and relieve weight that was resting apon all of the windowsBy the time that was all repaired and strengthened we were now a month behindThe architect had to send the inspector new plans to be ok'd and then the inspector had to pass them and then give us the ok to do the work and then he had to then inspect before we moved onThis takes a lot of time and put us behindWe had a nice schedule made for this project and we can take a curveball but we did have to start other projects to keep money coming inOnce we got rolling the customers ordered the cabinetry from [redacted] We had a couple cabinets that had to be sent back due to the wrong size, it happens, but it happened twice and each time was a week delayWe couldn't hang all of the cabinets without the missing one's so we had a long delayAbout to weeksWe finally received what we needed and put everything togetherThe kitchen turned out beautiful and I believe that [redacted] and [redacted] are very happy with the final productI apologized for the delay and did a number of small, little jobs on my own with no cost to themI feel bad that [redacted] was without her kitchen for a few months, I'm sure it wasn't easy having everything in the dining roomI think we worked past these delays and finished up on a good noteI hope this doesn't negatively affect our rating.Thank you, **
