purchaser checked the animals when they arrived. Many reasons could happen to cause alpacas to lose there baby's at any stage of the pregnancy including feed, care and stress. That is why a rebreeding is offered in the agreement, if the purchaser chooses not to do this and breed with another animal than that is there discussion. There is no part of the agreement for any refund. After checking the us registry I find the alpacas in question are transferred to account [redacted] and that is the account of [redacted] and [redacted]. I am sending copy's of the transfer and the sales agreement. I would like to bring to your attention the rebreeding, health and the part that said the seller will start transfer, this was done. I am sorry it took so long and by what I can see it is done. The purchaser understood this agreement when they signed it.
