I cannot discuss details of customer accounts publicly.  I will say that all loans are closed in a room with a sign stating that "all loans have a non-refundable origination fee" hung on the wall, and visible from where the customer sits at closing.  I will also add that our loan note...

clearly states there is a "Non-Refundable Prepaid Finance Charge" and the amount of that charge.  Lastly, we are regulated by the state and were recently audited.  Part of that audit is a review of our loan note, and there were no violations regarding our disclosures.
