Review: On Saturday night March 22, 2014 my family and me had dinner at your restaurant. We have been regular customers for years and have always enjoyed the food and service. Unfortunately, very early on Sunday morning March 23, 2014, my daughter and I had become violently ill. This led us both to the emergency room where we were treated for food poisoning, For dinner the previous evening we had sesame chicken, Szechuan style green beans, chicken chow-mien, chicken steamed dumplings, pork steamed dumplings and rice. The entire family shared in this menu, all accept my wife and son who did not eat the pork dumplings. It is therefore conclusive that the violent illness my daughter and I experienced was due to the pork dumplings.Immediately following the incident we contacted you regarding the matter. We were referred to your insurance company. Since then we have made a claim against your insurance. We have patiently waited for a reimbursement so we can honor our debt to the hospital.As you can see from the enclosed invoices, payment to the hospital is due on May 5. As of today we have not heard back from your insurance company. Please remit the amount of each invoice to me without further delay.Desired Settlement: Cost of all medical invoices
