Review: My co-workers and I ordered lunch via telephone and specifically informed the person taking the order that we'd like to order in advance, but will eat it there, for the sake of saving time since it was our lunch hour. We were asked if we wanted to sit at the bar or a table. We stated table. However, once we arrived and explained that we ordered lunch in advance and was actually seated at a table, our host came back immediately after checking on our order and informed us that we'd have to sit at the. When asked why, there was no definite answer. We asked to speak to the person who had taken our order as well as a manager, to no avail. No one came to speak to us regarding the issue. Once at the bar, our lunch was brought to us in a brown paper bag and to go boxes. The young lady was almost argumentative when she realized we were not pleased with the customer servicesDesired Settlement: I'd like my credit card debited in the price for the lunch $12.05, as well as an apology from the owner.

Review: I called and asked if I could place three orders for my co-workers and I to come in and eat. I was told yes by [redacted] that we could and was then asked if we wanted to sit at the bar or a table. I told her a table would be fine. Once my co-workers and I arrived we approached the hostess and I informed him that we ordered over the phone and he asked if we were eating here and we all said yes. From there he directed us to a table and stated that a waitress would be with us shortly. About 1 minute later the hostess came back to our table and stated that since we called and ordered over the phone we could not sit and eat at a table and will have to sit and eat at the bar because we would be holding up a server. I immediately asked to speak with a manager because I was asked where we wanted to sit when I called and placed the order so I just didn't understand why we could not sit at a table and eat and how would we be holding up a waitress when we still would be ordering drinks and be tipping that waitress, so therefore they would be assisting us. They weren't busy at all with lots of open tables and we just didn't understand. The hostess stated that he was just the messenger and that he would get the manager. No manager ever came over an spoke with us. My co-workers and I were completely upset and were about to leave and spend our money elsewhere where we would get the right customer service, but due us being crunched for time during our lunch we just got up and sat at the bar. From there [redacted] came over, didn't apologize and just placed a big brown paper bag in front of us on the counter filled with our orders. She didn't bother to take the food out the bag, put it on a plate, nor give us silverware to eat with when she knew we were coming in to eat. The service was just horrible and the food was cold. We will NEVER come here AGAIN!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and a written apology from this establishment.
