This whole community is full of dissatisfied owner. Very poor workmanship, build takes no responsibility for quality of completed work. Shingles, cold rooms, driveways, creaking floors, and a lot more

We are in receipt of your email June 26, 2015 with the response from the builder. As we had been notified earlier that the builder had not responded and you closed your file, we did not notice this email until yesterday.

Our response is that we definitely do not accept their response!!

We had to read it several times and are not sure what the motive is for them saying that we have never been customers past or present. I am attaching documentation including our Completion certificate, Warranty declaration page and the letter from Progressive Home Warranty addressed to Lakeview Homes/Manmohan D[redacted] advising him of the conciliation. All three of these documents confirm Lakeview Homes/1007384 Alberta Ltd. as the builder and [redacted] and [redacted] and our address. As well I have attached an email from Progressive to Manmohan.

Again, we are at a loss of what to think. We will respond that we do not accept their response, but we would like to talk with you before filling in the reason for our response in the online form.
