Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

I was previously with Pacific Union Financial till they sold my mortgage to Lakeview Loan Servicing I know this is and it happens, but since this occurred back in June of I have had nothing but trouble with this company Their word means nothing I had a bi-weekly payment set up with Pacific Union Financial My last bi-weekly payment to Pacific Union Financial was rolled over to Lakeview, but the amount was never applied to my loan and left in limbo till I called a few months after the swap Instead of applying this to my principal, I requested that they submit a check to me so that I could get my money back Instead they did the direct opposite of what I asked and applied this half payment to my principal Since then, I have called CELNAR (their call center) about times from August of to January of Five of these times, I spoke with a manager and was assured that a check would be sent to me I was assured every time that I called that a check would be sent to me I even had one of their managers send me an e-mail so that I wouldn't have to explain this to another person again So far I've wasted well over hours on the phone trying to get my money back I even called Lakeview and they said they could do nothing to help me They weren't concerned with the fact that they were selling a horrible service They however were more than willing to send me large Fedex packages of the past months with offers to refinanance Long story short, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! They sell the service then leave you with horrible customer service throught their 3rd party company (CELNAR) The only thing you get are promises and apologies I imagine my loan will be sold off again one day and I can't for that day I would refinance with another company today if interest rates weren't going up again I hope this helps those of you who are considering Lakeview Loan Servicing

After chasing us for months (multiple Federal Express packages month after month after month) to re-finance our house, we finally bit the bullet and decided to call Sad day for us The initial process seemed pretty painless - but then we encountered delay after delay in actually closing out the re-finance We were finally given an estimate of mid-April to close out the refinance - when we contacted them in mid-April for status, we found out there was yet ANOTHER delay
Someone was supposed to have tried calling us 'multiple' times but oddly never left a message Of course, maybe that isn't so odd given the fact that their number never showed up in our record of incoming calls To make it worse, the person trying to contact us had actually traded emails with us during some of the earlier delays Don't you think you would revert to email if you had TRULY tried contacting someone by phone and couldn't get them?
Long story short, these folks are nothing more than a grist mill pumping out refinances as fast as they can The estimated savings we were SUPPOSED to get weren't nearly close to the actual savings when all was said and done - and given the time and aggravation, I don't think there's any amount of money worth messing with this place Don't waste your time You will descend into a swampy morass of delays and inept, bureaucratic fumbling and you will regret it - as we do

For two years this company has sent me at least Federal Express packages to try to get me to refinance under themThe last one was where they said they have ownership of my mortgageSo I called my finance company and indeed I am still under their careSo I called Lakeview and spoke to a man and he said Lakeview owns my mortgage and it was a lieBe carefulVery carefulDo not trust Lakeview with your hard earned $

After receiving a FedEx package soliciting a great deal to refianance I dedcided to give them a callThat was my first mistakeThis company bought out my previous mortgage which is how they got my informationInitially this started out as a process to refinance then it went southI was told twice that I was approved and waiting on a close dateThey sent out an appraiser that did me no favorsI just had previous appraisal done that was true and accurate to the marketTheir appraiser was notThat is another issue I am working onRegardless that is not the issueExcellent credit score, good income and no late payments or outstanding debtAfter spending months trying to get a close date and repeat phone calls they tell me deniedWhy? Back and forth with the one contact person I have and they will not give me a reasonI was able to back up my claims and have done the math for them and yet they will not respond back with a reason whyNo problems with other lenders and they where much quicker to respond and get the process done and within days

Lakeview loan servicing, LLC has for employees people that don't care for customers needs nor existing customers that are trying to refinance. Last month I contact a loan mortgage provider [redacted] and I start the process with him to refinance my home, but since the beginning of the process he has not communicate to me the status of the process. I feel that he is not care for my business with loan care and lakeview servicing, I so much regret switching from one refinancing company to lake view servicing.

I was contacted by Lakeview Loan Servicing with another FedEx envelope that suggested my refinancing was of 'utmost importance...
When I called today the servicer Mr. [redacted] was arrogant and pushing..Said I would save over $550 per month..When I asked him about the time frame to get this he said it could take up to 2 1/2 months because of paperwork..
I have been in the real estate business for years...You can close within 30-40 at best..
When I questioned him..he changed the APR to a higher rate..
He sounded like a used car salesman trying to close...When I asked him if he worked on commission..he said yes..and then 'If you would let me get a word in edgewise...you are always interrupting me..
He claimed he was doing me a favor though I have a high credit score and have been a homeowner over 30 years..Thank heavens I read the last review-as I also considered moving forward...

Five of these times, I spoke with a manager and was assured that a check would be sent to me. I was assured every time that I called that a check would be sent to me. So far I've wasted well over 12 hours on the phone trying to get my money back. I even called Lakeview and they said they could do nothing to help me. They weren't concerned with the fact that they were selling a horrible service. They however were more than willing to send me 3 large Fedex packages of the past 6 months with offers to refinanance.

Long story short, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! They sell the service then leave you with horrible customer service throught their 3rd party company (CELNAR).
