Purchase of rings that were grossly misrepresented

Unfortunately, I am forced to contact you in an attempt to settle a dispute
On November 21, 2018, I purchased a ring for my daughter at the above referenced store and she purchased the exact ring for herselfThey were presented as "REAL GOLD AND DIAMONDS" retail price $on clearance for $Upon returning to the store to pick up the rings after sizing on December 4th, we discovered the gold didn't appear to look to be as such After inquiring we were told..."Oh no, it's actually NOT real gold, it is a metal called "Lumineux" We voiced our dissatisfaction and were told that there was a "no return" policy (which was NOT mentioned at time of purchase!) and there was basically nothing that could be done(I'm still in shock at the misrepresentation and dishonesty!!)
