Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I was required to submit a day notice before vacating the premises and I did that in November I simply stated that I was vacating" the premises" in the day notice that I dropped off at Lakeview Manor's office and I submitted the exact same letter that I gave Lakeview Manor to the Revdex.comI saved it because I knew *** *** didn't like me and would do whatever she could to screw me over; and that's exactly what she didWhether it said I was leaving in days or not it was understood that it was my day notice because I vacated the premises in December I was gone before the New YearThat's why she had no reason to charge me for rent or anything else because for I payed no rent when I stayed there and MY lease would have renewed at the end of February if I intended to stay thereTherefore if she supposedly charged me for January rent then that means my rent would still be $She lied and said she gave me my security deposit so ask her where's the proof( where's the copy of the receipt)she doesn't have it because she kept my security depositSo ask her what she did with my security deposit because I never received a check for itShe still can't explain that except for the claim that she used it to clean up the apartmentIf that's the case I don't owe Lakeview a penny
