I would like to first clear up what a "year roof" means? Our company installed the roof at [redacted] home in ? Our workmanship warranty (meaning warranty on our installation of the roof) was year? The Mfg warranty of the year shingles means that the shingle itself will be free of defects in the product? If the product had a defect, the mfg would address the issueThat is not the case here? This roof is years old? Until this time, there had been no issues with the work Reroof America installed at the property? As per our original response, Mrs [redacted] called our office on numerous occasions and was assisted by Cristina, Robin & Mitch? She was referred to another Roofing company, as at the time of her need, we were not able to get to her property as quickly as she needed? Another company has performed repairs at the property, that have apparently not held up? That is who she should be talking to? We do not warranty other companies repairs? I will be contacting the homeowner directly to get additional information on the leak The repairman that went out replaced a plumbing boot for $ We need to better understand what/where this leak is, has it been repaired and are the pictures of the issue

As I said in my earlier response I did not contact anotherroofing company!! I contacted ReRoof America and my name was given to a gentleman who called me! What is the alleged name of the roofing company they supposedly put me in touch with??? Christina is the lady I spoke with both times Mitch is the last person I spoke with approximately a month ago and asked him to come look at the roof He could not because he was having an MRI that afternoon and couldn't leave the office. He told me Christina would get in touch with me the next morning Of course, that never happened.ReRoof is the company I called because they were the ONLY company that had ever worked on my roof! In the previous response, Christina made reference to how the leak happened She explained it was because of "heavywinds had caused nails to protrude and lift"If Christina has that documentation of how the leak started then that should prove the roofer sent for the repair came from ReRoof! As I mentioned in my previous response I did not even have the cause of the leak! Please advise on the next step I do have a copy of the cancelled check given to the gentleman whowho made the repair I suppose the Revdex.com could find out where he was employed in January of Once again, the roofer who came to my house to make the repair was called by ReRoof America At no point was I made aware that he allegedly worked for another company!! itself will be free of defects in the product.  If the product had a defect, the mfg would address the issue.
