I am rejecting this response because:This individual is a blatend liarHe NEVER reached out to anyone at anytimeIt was either me, my property manager or the insurance agent that had to contact Mr ***, whether by calling or texting, only to hear lame excuses, such as "Bad weather" or "I've lost my working crew".Even after scheduling a date and not showing up, he didn't have the decency to call anyone to apologize nor rescheduleWhat kind of business does that? No show no call, no apology? How long has Austin had "bad weather" for since November 22nd through January, February, March or April? And why would tell the same insurance agent that recommended him the job that he had no work and now he's been "too busy"? How come we haven't received the check he promised to send months ago? Mr *** is a liar and has had more than enough time to do what he was contracted and never did and he's had plenty of time to return the check and Never did that either

I did have a signed contract with this individualIt is a rental property in the south-side of AustinWe met and signed a contractNothing on the contract states when we will get to the job, because we were so busy from the recent hail stormOh the house had hail damageThat's why we were
there. He said just get to it when you canHe tells me to contact some guy that will handle coordinating the install with the tenantsWe tried several times to install roof and due to miscommunication and weather, we missed our window. Then the phone calls and even threats stared coming inI explained i'd be happy to reimburse him and at that time he said just put the roof on and all will be forgiven. Well again, not in his time frame, so here we are. I have been in the roofing industry for years and never had anything bad happenNever had a complaint, never had any warranty issues on my work and always taken deposits for materials

I am rejecting this response because: Once again, this individual is full of lies and is currently being sued. Under his own contract it clearly states that if I were to cancel, I had to write a letter within 3 days of the signing with an explanation of the cancellation. He tried this "trick" with my attorney, to which we asked him to provide us proof of the cancellation letter. Not only does this individual lie, now he trying to contacted me directly via email to con me into dropping my complaint with the Revdex.com and he'll pay me back on all his own terms. He guy is Insane!This is individual and the company he represents is a total scam. These false promises of getting the job done and paying me back go back as far as February.  He's time is up.
