Lakewood Auto Body Inchas had the ability to repair my car since September 11th, I was guaranteed to have my car fixed on or before October 12th,

Was involved in a car accident on 10/18/My vehicle was taken to Lakewood Auto Body to be repairedAt the end of the repair I found that LAB had taken my bumper step pads out of my vehicle - which had survived the accident and I was planning on reusingI asked LAB to find me some step pads and they agreedI waited a while and found that they had not even looked for anyI then had them put it in writing that they would replace themEven after the that they were not looking for anyI on my own managed to find both some new ones online and a couple of used trucks that had some that I was willing to acceptAs of this time Lakewood Auto Body has not done anything

I was in an accident and *** *** of *** told me to bring my car to Lakewood autobodyi towed the car to the designated location and sign the paperwork I signed is for inspection onlythey decided to go ahead and repair the car without getting my authorization or *** *** of *** authorizationin the end they end up charging me with $6000++ in bills for the repair+storage fees and they told me that if I did not pay up, they are going to put my car for auctionthey have broken the washington state law for auto repair as they go ahead with the repair without getting my authorization and *** *** of *** doesn't want to be responsible for iti was stress, depressed and angrybut I don't want to "rattle the feather" and have a fight with them as they are in possesion of my car and I decided to do everything I can to get my car out of the bodyshop and try my best to clean up their mess I have been off work for the past months from the accident as

I have told Lakewood Auto Body numerous times that I do not have the finances to buy the step pads and wait for a reimbursement. That is why I told them when I found step pads that I liked and they told me that they would go get them for me.
