Review: I purchased a used car in 11/2/2013. There was a problem with the headlight right from the beginning. They put a bulb in the headlight which didn't work. The car hasn't any high beams. In the mean time the engine light has come on, the truck won"t open. I have tried to make an appointment to have it fixed, but it seems when the weather is to cold the mechanic doesn't come in. When they tell me they are going to call back they never do.Desired Settlement: To have the car repaired and have people call me back.
