His complaint is unfounded. We had provided free WIFI for several months not just 3 weeks but had to stop when one of our weekly people was illegally downloading copyrighted movies . Our internet provider put us on probation for multiple violations. We are in the process... of reevaluating our offering until we can lock down the WIFI.The package that is in question was not opened by anyone working here. We told him maybe the post office opened it as our staff has never and would never put our company in such a predicament and goes against our values.Bed bugs as you know are brought into peoples homes, motel rooms and or apartments by people and so it would seem he brought them into his room somehow. We immediately removed his bedding and attacked the infestation with sprays and traps and kept an eye on his room for weeks with no new bugs in his room. He has always been a good customer so this was out of the blue to us. We have always been quick to respond to customers complaints and so we tried to explain to him about the WIFI issue and we had no choice but to shut off the WIFI until further notice.Today, he told us that he would retract the complaint. *** ***On 1/04/17at 3:PM,I was verbally and physically threaten by Mr*** *** son,when I was returning to my roomHe literally was incensed to the point of rage at my gri***ces against his families’ es,tablishment through the Revdex.com, which in his father rebuttal to my complaint, did not denied the lack of internet service or the bed bug issue***, told me that I need to leave the property at once even though I am paid up for the for the next week and processed to physically attempt to “bait” me into an altercation with him, in which I believe he was doing for theatrically purposes to get law enforce involved and to play the innocent victim so he could have me expelled or imprisonedThis would also leave him free to confiscate my personal property in the interim in a retaliatory actionWhen I calmly refused to play along with his childish behavior and went back to my room, ***, then proceeded to place a locking cover over the outer door knob of my room which prevents re-entry to the room if exited, in attempted further escalated the situation and to eject to me from the room if I were to leave for work or suchI then asked him to calm down, and rationally work our differences out in an adult mannerHe then stated that if I didn’t retract the complaint, not only would kick out of my room, but there would be other consequencesI don’t know if he meant to falsely accuse and incarcerated for something if didn’t do through testimony or the planting of incriminating evident in my room, in which he has access to or worst, due to his lack of control and physically outburst earlier Fearing further reprisals, and to deescalate the situation, I told him I would consider dropping the complaint against Lakewood Lodge Motel, which I intent NOT TO DO! I just didn’t want to spend last night in sub freezing conditions or in the county jailSo, he removed the knob cover and allowed me to stay in my pre paid room.Not only was his behavior unprofessionally, but civically and criminally negligible to say the leastAnd before I process to file a civil action against Lakewood Lodge Motel and to evolve law enforcement myself for my own protection, I would like your input in this matter, seeing that you have more experience than I by profession, in resolving such disputes.I have since vacated my room after receiving an eviction notice as a retaliatory action for lawful dispute of decline of services paid for which I already sent youPrior to leaving my room, I took several snap shots of my dilapidated room as to insure that I am not falsely charged with damages by the disreputable ownership of Lakewood Lodge MotelMy room was cleaned and inspected weekly by the owners sister and no damages were ever reported for the months that I was thereHowever, I welcome seeing them in civil court for compensation for the decline of services for mention
