Review: I contacted Lakewood Mechanical to repair a Sloan Flushmate III pressure unit in my homes commode. They had been recommended by the Sloan Company. The plumber arrived at my home on July 9, 2013. He dismantled the commode tank and replaced two valves with the parts that Sloan had sent me under warranty. When he reassembled the toilet, one of the replacement parts was leaking. It wasn't the original problem. He tried to stop the leak a couple of times but then stopped. I paid him and he put the information for the receipt on an Ipad. He didn't give me any paperwork. He told me that it would be sent to me. It never was. I called about getting a hard copy. I was told that they would send one but they never did. I called the owner about a week after the work was done and told him that the part was still leaking. He told me that they would come back but they would charge me. The part still leaks.Desired Settlement: I want them to return to my house and replace the part. I don't know if the part was bad or the tech didn't replace the part properly. I do not want to be charged for the work. I also want my paper invoices.

As per our phone conversation, I am writing in response to the above referenced ID #[redacted] we received from you regarding a complaint from Mr. [redacted]. We have spoken to Mr. [redacted] and apologized that he was not happy with our service. Unfortunately this was almost a year ago so we are not able to determine as to why the messages were not forwarded to the proper departments and dealt with. At this time I have mailed Mr. [redacted] a copy of the paid invoice that he requested for the initial work performed and we have contacted him to make arrangements to repair the issue with the toilet. Our service manager [redacted] contacted Mr. [redacted] this past week and offered to come within the week to make the repairs he requested. Mr [redacted] informed him that he would be unable to have the work completed at this time as he had other appointments to tend to for the next three (3) weeks. Mr. [redacted] said he would call our service manager when he was ready to schedule the work. Please contact me if you have any other requirements regarding this issue. Thank You!
