Hello,Thank you for contacting us I reached out to our customer service department to look into your request They have confirmed with me that they received a parts order from you on 11/(Thursday) They received notice from our parts warehouse that due to a issue with a small package carrier we had a high number of packages damaged causing many hardware packages to be lost during transit They were notified on Monday 11/that we have run into a shortage of replacement hardware A rush order was placed so we can get replacement hardware to fill any outstanding orders, and they are in the process of letting all customers know of this delay They will contact you immediately to give you this info and a estimated date of fulfilment We apologize for the delay in communication and will resolve your issue as quick as possible

Hello, From our records all email requests were responded to and all parts including the selector shaft have been sent to customer under our warranty policy. Per our policies we must have all the warranty information prior to processing request and all email/phone requests that come in
during non- business hours will be responded to the next business day which will create a lag time of a weekend should request be sent on Friday

The product was reviewed by our product department based on the pictures provided.  Based on the condition of the bar in the pictures it was determined that the bar was being used or stored in a way that could cause the defect.  Our warranty states the following:Bars typically become bent...

by leaving weight plates on the bar while the bar is rested on bench uprights after use.  This process can occur in just a few hours and is considered misuse. Cap will not warranty or replace bars exhibiting this misuse.  Remove plates from bar after each use and store the bar in a vertical holder or flat on the floor. Cracked sleeves and loose ends can also result from dropping bar with plates on the floor which is considered misuse and not covered by this warranty.
