Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response
because:I am a plus year ase certified master auto and medium heavy truck mechanicIt's a little rediculous to think that I would have someone install a complete new exhaust system on a vehicle and say ok don't put on new pipe where the gasket sits and it bolts to the manifoldLet alone the fact that we were going from inch to 1/inch pipeSincerely,*** ***

Revdex.com if you look into recent complaints you will see that this man has also done this to many people in the past monthsI did bring my parts because I am very particular about my carsI did said only you have touched my calipers and is now leakingWhen I got there to get looked at I explained to him that this is my only car and that ibalmost got into an accident due to brakes being loose I insisted not demanded I asked please and even said to him that I appreciated for him looking into it but he doesnt mention thatThe car that was on the rack was not put apartAfter dicussing with him in his office about him refunding me or fixing the car which he said he would fix it for an additional $to which I refused.I told him about making a complain here an in grouponAs I was leaving his office thinking of all the bad reviews I said I wont this surprise when this place closes soonThat when walked behind me to the parking lot as if he was going to do something, if I wasn't a former soldier I probably would have been intimidatedI was already in my car when he demanded for me to repeat myself I told what I said when leaving the store thats when he got closer and told me to step out and say it again as he got closer I told him to stay where he was , an already uncomfortable distance, thats when he told me step out and I said I am not going to because if I dohere I stopped myself, he said if you do you'll be laying down on the ground as he pointed to the ground next to my carAt this point I used my better judgement and left before things escalatedI feel frustrated that this man and bussiness can manage to operate so dishonestlyI hope that this doesnt happen to anymore people that it already has.

I am rejecting this response because: Offer up is proof that there is no indication of such claims being made to alert people that they are used tiresThey did not verbally say to me that the tires were safe for the roadIt may have been implied but was missed by meI do however want my old rims back
Sincerely,
*** ***

this statement is not true, he sent us a text about used tires we had for sale, and said he wanted them, so we obliged and sold them to him , we informed him his wheels were no good, he said get me different wheels, so we did, we still have the old wheels if he wants themour tire tech had a
tire blow up on him trying to mount a tire on his wheels, was rushed to st clair hospital and his left hand was injured wrapped and stitched uphe can have his old wheels , the tires hold air and nothing wrong, no warranty on used tires other than we guarentee they hold air and are safe for the road

I am rejecting this response because: the attached are just a few of the conversation on offer up and if I could put the rest up , you'd see that in no way does the ad nor did he mention that they are "used trailer tires" The tires I brought in were usedAnd yes I would love to have my old rims back
Sincerely,

I think he should tell you the correct storyHe called up saying we did something to his car to make it leak brake fluidI said bring it in so I can see what happened, he again says you did it,I said I dont have a crystal ball to know without you bringing the car inHe brought it in with no
appointment and demanded that we look at it nowI aic I dont have a rack to put it on at this timeagain he said nowSo I stopped working on another car put it back together and pulled his in, by the way this other customer had an appointmentWe looked at it and found a hose leakingWe did not touch that hoseHe had brought all his own parts, we serviced his calipers, he says we did notHe left saying things to me that I could not hearIwalked outside not angry and said what did you say, he said dont get any closer or you know what will happenHe said if I get out of this car you will be in trouble,I said im not worried I have a black belt and was trained under chuck norris, no threats were ever made to him, I asked him many times to leave the property and he would not

As of 2/I have not received $

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I do not want free work certainly $234.00 ( total service $90 for the brake replacement + $120 for caliper servicing plus taxes ) worth of labor ,because I brought my own parts, is not free work. I took my car to to get my brakes replace then he insisted on my calipers to be serviced. And the thing that failed after paying $234.00 was my calipers. This cannot be anymore obvious. My tire and wheel are soaked with brake fluid I have not cleaned it in case I need to show it to someone. He claims my calipers were serviced and if they were, where is the warrantied service he claims to offer? , 12 months warranty, If he did not serviced the calipers well I wish to receive the money back. It was $120 plus taxes. It is fair for him to either fix the calipers "he serviced" or to just refund the money for services not rendered and the rest of the repair is on my responsibility. But he can't say "I serviced I warranty them" and then turn around and say I wont do anymore work on a part that I serviced and is now malfunctioning. I am only asking for what is fair.  I am now a week without a car I had to park it because is an accident waiting to happen. My brakes wont work.
If the calipers is not his fault that means he did not touch them. If he did serviced them they should be covered by his warranty. At this point it would  be unwise for me to go back to his shop. Please Revdex.com help me find a resolution for this because I am now almost $350 in for a brake service that was supposed to cost $234 for warranted work. He doesn't stand by the quality of his work and he doesn't honor his warranty.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

we have the old wheels, please come get them , the ad says used trailer tires , and I told him if he wants new tires just pay the difference between the new ones and deduct what he paid for the used tires

this gentlemen got a quote  for this system using his starter tubes and then dual exhaust, we went extra and had to make a y pipe for the right side that was not included in the price nor was he charged for that. everything we said , we did

ok this will be sent
