1/20/ No stars if I couldI swore off buying a new car years agoHowever, I have been searching for a used 4Runner for my wife and have been running crazy searching for the one she wantsI made the sordid mistake of stopping in at Toyota South whilst in search of the ever elusive white 4Runner made of unobtaniumIt was there that I was approached by the sales lady whom shall remain namelessI told her what I was looking for and then the shim sham began"I can put you in a new 4Runner for the price of a used" I guess I was tired and worn down from the endless searchingMy next words will surely haunt me"Let's see what you can do"The rest of this is in bullet points because it just makes me tired to think about the whole deal After a test drive and short discussion I leftI then received text showing price breakdown and possible payment planIt was way off target but then I was notified by text that that deal was calculated as worst case scenario, for my credit had not been calculatedShe told me interest rate used in calculation was 13.9% So if our credit check came back perfect I would be sitting really wellI then asked in text if 0% interest was being offeredHer reply----wait for it----wait for it---Yes-----she replied with a resounding, Yes Finally, finally the search was overI was so happy I could just crap, I mean cry tears of joy Next day I loaded up the family, picked up the certified check and headed to the great Toyota South dealership to pick up our new carThat is where it all came to a screeching halt I was met by the sales manager whom I had met earlierSeemed like a nice guy but I think my powers of discernment have begun to fail meHe approached with a smirk and began his power trip of putting me in my placeThere is no 0% interest and the payment schedule was not calculated the way the sales lady had told meI was way off base to think I could purchase this vehicle for what the sales lady had told me It was as if he was blaming me for some screw upI think this is where I realized that I had taken the "bait" and now I am in the middle of the "switch", I finally came to my senses and told them thank you for wasting three days of my life and getting my hopes up for ending the search I could not be more angryWho behaves this way in the corporate world? These people are lacking integrity and honestyI am really sick of this whole thing and am here to tell you, the reader, to steer your car and your wallet clear of Toyota South And yes, I have all the proof of everything on my phone if I ever need to show someone

Not only did I NEVER receive a phone call, but I called that number a couple times and left a voicemailI never heard back from anyoneIt took complaining to the Revdex.com to actually get a response from this company and that is the truthNonetheless, I accept that MrEric Y [redacted] did come yesterday, 3/15/17, to note the damage and order parts to make the necessary repairsWe look forward to getting this resolved Regards, [redacted]

Looked into the complaint),and yes the rear bumper was damaged.I have made the decision to replace bumper for the customer.Since the truck was not bought here we had to track down the manufacturer of the body,(added on to the truck by the customer and get the correct bumper ordered. We have no idea...

if we even damaged the bumper but we will replace when the part comes in. Contact here is Eric Y[redacted]thank you
