I wouldn't waste your money on this service We paid an initial $fee for him to come to our house and service our dishwasher We were told that any subsequent visits for days were covered under the initial $ He informed us that the electronic control panel was bad and that he could get us another one for $250- We checked on line and bought it for then called him back to install it We made that call within a week of the initial visit He installed it, told us that since he didn't order the part there were no guarantees that it would work (even though it was ordered directly through Maytag)and charged us an additional $for the call even though he originally stated it was covered under the original $ Well, not only didn't it work, the dishwasher was leaking badly after he left We called him and left a message about the problem and never heard back from him It has been a week now Needless to say, we will be calling a reputable service company to finally get this fixed Live and learn!!
