I stopped in to look for a used truck while waited for a client to call me. While I talked to the salesman, my client happened to call. I took the call and arranged to meet in about a half-hour. In the mean time, the salesman went to get the price for the truck I was interested in and the sales manager apparently called me a liar regarding the appointment I had, even after the salesman told him the he heard (or overheard my call).

I've bought one vehicle from them and three others have been purchased by family members. I'll do my best to make sure that nobody I know buys from Lamb!

Every vehicle is for sale until a customer agrees to purchase it and closes the deal. We do not, and can not hold vehicles when negotiations "open". As the customer stated, when he called back to close the deal the vehicle had been sold. This practice is no different than any other type of retail...

store. We will be happy to assist the customer locating another vehicle, however he is very particular about what he wants(I have no fault with that) and is looking to buy a model year closeout with a very limited inventory at this time. If he is flexible maybe we can still help.
As far as the message left for the General Sales Manager, that is me. I never received a voicemail from this customer. I return ALL calls asking for assistance, without exception.
Once again, we will be happy to try to assist this customer with his purchase. We will not however be offering an additional $1000 discount because of our "deceitful" business practices because there are no such practices. It is not even reasonable to expect a retailer of any business to hold a piece of inventory while someone thinks about whether or not they want to purchase it.

Found a very nice used truck for $28525. After negotiations agreed on a pice for the vehicle depending on an inspection of the vehicle. After inspecting the vehicle and looking online and finding the exact vehicle on there website that we were buying for $1200 less we confronted them about the price and the sales manager Reight W[redacted] treated my wife horrible and told her that we already agreed on a price and was very rude and mad at us for wanting an explanation of why the vehicle we were purchasing was over a thousand dollars less advertised online. All we wanted was what they were advertising. Very devious and have never been treated so rudely by a business that we were trying to give thousands of dollars too.

We left a message for customer on 2/9/16 that we are sending him a check for the repairs. We did not install the wrong generator. The generator was a new AC DELCO part made for that car. The generator was shorted internally, that is what caused the other problems.
