A few months ago I was treated in a rather cavalier way by the service department of LAMB NISSAN in Prescott valleyI made NISSAN aware of it and in their usual professional way they responded quicklyUnfortunately they were unable to cajole either a response or an apology from LAMB NISSANThey did, however feel my issues were legitimate enough to contact me again to apologizeIt was during this conversation with the assigned rep he asked if LAMB NISSAN had contacted me about their shabby treatment of a NISSAN customerHe seemed genuinely sorry when I informed him LAMB NISSAN had simply deigned not to treat the matter professionally and in spite of his efforts to help bring the matter to a close, they, (LAMB NISSAN), had chosen to ignore my issues

Mrs*** asked for a 100% refund on her purchase more than months after delivery. I have attached our two responses to the Attorney General laying out the facts of the case and our belief that Mrs*** is being unreasonable
