In regards to [redacted] ***' complaints, we have been trying to communicate with [redacted] and trying to come up with a solution for both sidesWe can understand her distrust, however, when we were contacted about her leaks we were having inclement weather, a lot of rain and thunderstormsThe contractors cannot do any repairs during bad weather, mainly to avoid further damage to the property as well as for their own safetyWe did send out the information to the contractor to go out as soon as the weather clearedThe contractor did inform us once they were able to complete all repairs that they had been assignedWe have been trying to contact [redacted] to confirm that everything went well with the repairs, but she has been unresponsive to our attempts at contacting herAdditionally, we are prepared to follow through with the replacement of her roof once we are able to get in contact with her

which has been applied to *** ***s case, for roof replacementWe are currently waiting for a response from his attorney to the homeowner, to make us aware of any agreement with the insuranceOur office has made several attempts to reach the homeowner as a courtesy call, in regards to any updatesWe have no problem installing the roof if *** ***s has the funds for us to complete the work

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The response of House of Tomorrow is falseThere was no dispute over the cost of the service because after months of attempting to communicate with their company and being shuffled between House of Tomorrow and the company they assigned to me, PA Forensics, no quote for their service was ever provided, despite my repeated requestsMy reason for ending business with this company was because House of Tomorrow failed to respond to communication over a period of months or to furnish any evidence that they intended to complete the work they said they would doAfter months of not receiving responses or follow-ups to my calls, not receiving paperwork that was promised, receiving no documentation to support that they intended to fulfill any part of the services they promised and not being provided any clear time frame, I informed them of my intent to cancel and have my money refunded if a quote or time frame was not furnishedStill no quote or evidence of their intent to provide service was furnished, so I requested the cancellation and a full refund of the insurance check that House of Tomorrow took from me in August and cashed despite performing no serviceAs of writing this, House of Tomorrow has agreed only to refund a portion of this insurance money, taking from me over $for their failure to provide service, not to mention costing me significant additional expenses, stress and complications due to their delays and lack of professionalismI made every attempt to give House of Tomorrow the benefit of the doubt and the opportunity to have my businessHouse of Tomorrow failed to uphold their promises or to communicate on a basic level with me as a customerThe way they conducted business with me was, if not disgracefully negligent, then bordering on criminalAfter this experience I signed with another roofing company who responded to all my calls and completed the work within weeks for the same original insurance quoteI feel strongly that any legitimate business would never treat customers in the manner that House of Tomorrow and PA Forensics have treated me and that, at the very least, a full refund is the only professional response to such an unacceptable customer experience

I replied to the last email recieved within 48 hr.  I also replied back to it on 11/10 about 7 pm advising we could now set the appt. My husband recieved a call this am telling him we have to be pactiant because more money is needed.  There are no reply emails and I have not recieved any calls.   I have advised this co that I only want emails to put an end to the run around and lack of communication.  To re advise the house and insurance are in MY name.  I have asked many times not to call my husband.   There were a couple of guys that game by to do the patches.  Thank you for that.  So let's get this scheduled.
