Review: mr. [redacted] did not finish the job he was paid in full to do. A registered letter was sent to Mr. [redacted] which he signed for on 8/14/15 requesting a refund. We had to hire a painter to complete the job that he did not finish.Desired Settlement: We requested that Mr. [redacted] refund $1,500 to settle the matter.
