I have been attempting to get this company to call me back (801-***) I only began using them this year (2018) Unfortunately the company I used to use no longer does lawn care This was the first company we ended up going with this year The first time they mowed my lawn I was present and there were no issues They have mowed my lawn a total of four times so far this year as of May 2nd They mow my lawn on Tuesdays and so the last and final time they mowed my lawn was just yesterday and now with my broken fence it is the last time2nd Time April 17th: The 2nd time they mowed my lawn one of my sprinkler heads was mowed over and nobody told me about it I just saw it when I was filling a hold my dog had dug I then reached out to Gilson Sprinkler repair and they did amazing work on fixing that sprinkler head along with replacing others from galvanized to pop ups3rd Time April 24th: My sprinkler guy came out on Monday (Day before on April 23) We flagged ALL of the sprinkler heads that were needing to be upgraded We placed actual tiny flags by each head These guys at Yard Pros pulled them all out or simply ran them all over Who does that? They were obviously there for a reason and the main reason was to fix the sprinkler head they they ran over the previous week4th Time May 1st: So just yesterday they came again and using Gorilla like mowing practices where they simply mow over everything in their path my fence got pulled out of the ground and is now broken The fence wasn't placed back into position and again nobody called me or told me about this issue They could have just called me and asked me what was needing to be done They managed to mow my back yard previous times and didn't break my fence They also ran over a branch of my blackberry plant which is really a non-issue but with all the other *** I feel it's worth includingAnd so now I am still trying to get them to respond This morning I left a voicemail and no call back I then texted the number with pictures of my fence and now I'm wishing I had taken a picture of the broken sprinkler head but alas I certainly wasn't expecting more *** and unfortunately even with them not calling me back I simply just let it slide as the sprinkler head was fixed and I thought what the hellI'll give them another chance Since I didn't get home last night until after dark at 9:I didn't notice that my fence was left 'Open' due to it being broken WellI have dogs There's a reason for the *** fence aes

This yard care company caused damage to my fence and a sprinkler head during mowingThere were extensive tire marks on the fence and nine holes in the vinylI contacted them about paying for the damage, even sending photos of the holesThey would not respond to phone calls, emails, texts, or three certified lettersUpon hearing of the damage they stopped my yard care service and have never returned except on one occasion when they trespassed on my property to spray paint over some of the worst tire marksThey advertise satisfaction with their work and the owner assured me personally before beginning service that his work was guaranteedWe had a verbal contract for service from the middle of April until the middle of OctoberThey discontinued service early in August with no notice or explanation
