On September 20th 2019 I searched the web for companies to help with an idea of an invention I had and came across Lambert & Lambert. They advertised they would help with what's needed to get your invention going for a fee of $199 and it would take 4-6 weeks for a completed summary of my invention. I paid the fee and submitted my idea, as time past by I received to info from Lambert & Lambert, I contacted them multiple times via email and phone messages and still no response. Months went by and still no response so May 2020 I emailed them once again expressing my concerns of paying the fee in 9/2019 and never receiving any info, call back or email.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 14394328, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. This has been resolved.

Stay away they’ll take your money, They tell you not to contact them, they’ll contact you after 90 days, but guess what? You can’t dispute a charge on your credit card after 90 days. How convenient for them. I’m just giving all of you a heads up

I have had a product evaluation done by Lambert & Lambert, This was done by *** Lambert, which missed several major points. I have worked on my product for many, many years.Then I made several 100% plus improvements, Received a e-mail, so sent for re-evaluation. Sent several e-mails & phone calls none replied. They now have all my product information. There seams to also a confusion on their present name Lambert Licencing or Lambert Invent, This is not looking good for their future or importantly my products. My product is aliened to Automotive / Mechanical world wide high numbers with big bonuses.
I would like my valuation and security of my product, all can be used with other future proposals.
I would welcome reliable company interest.

Mr. *** submitted his invention in August of 2016 and we sent out our evaluation in September of 2016. *** contacted us again with updates to his invention in October of 2019 and I told him we wouldn’t re-evaluate the invention but I would forward his information to our marketing staff for their review. Unfortunately, I dropped the ball on this and didn’t get it to them right away and for that I apologize. I eventually sent his information to marketing in early December Of 2019. Our marketing group decided to pass on offering representation and I have since contacted Mr. with their response.

Several weeks ago we uploaded a video of our provisional patent (prototype) to Lambert's website for marketing evaluation and professional input. And to be honest, my business partner and myself could not have been more pleased with the results. In fact, we've recently been in contact with some angel investors, and they seem more than pleased with the high marks we received from
Lambert.

I have gone through Lambert's evaluation results and found their report informative and easy to understand. I have learned a lot from the evaluation and hope to follow through with some of their recommendations.

Lambert and Lambert are scammers I paid for an invention evaluation never received it. I called Terry Lambert and sent multiple emails they never got back to me it's been months now.

May 17, 2019 I received a totally useless evaluation, which took just over a month! The product conveniently scored a few points lower than their "threshold" for the product to advance. Also, they listed products that were said to be "comparables", but were in fact night and day differences. I have tried to email and call, but no response. They did nothing like they promised. I will be fighting for the $$ back. PLEASE DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

I contacted Lambert & Lambert about 4 weeks ago to help me with marketing my patent pending invention for licensing and I paid the $199 evaluation fee and after the evaluation process which took about 4 weeks was completed, I was sent an evaluation report just yesterday which was a wrong report. According to the report, it states that my invention already has some existing product and patents and has scored 84 instead of 96 and for that reason, they decided to pass on offering representation. However, I checked the existing products and patents they have listed on the result but their functionalities are different from mine which makes the entire evaluation wrong. I tried contacting them yesterday to explain my findings and to see how the evaluation could be reconsidered but I got no replies and that was a sign that something was not right about them and I wrote again telling them that I should get my money back if nothing was going to be done to resolve the issue and I still got no replies. That is not right and only scammers operate the way they do. The company needs to be investigated into based on the fact that they have a lot of negative reviews from their previous customers that have experienced the same issue as mine.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received the refund that was made yet. However, I have notified lambert & lambert that the refund that was made into my debit card has not been received yet and that the complaint would be withdrawn as soon as I confirm that the refund made has been received.

I refunded the customer's credit card and told him in might take a few days for his bank to clear the transaction. I don't know what else to do but suggest that the he check with his credit card and or bank.

Thank goodness there is a company like this out there!
The product I submitted was not one they decided to fund but their report was absolutely what I needed and deserved as a customer. They are professional to a fault and I believe the lambert review process is a great option for inventors that desire to be entrepreneurs.

It is not what you know, rather what you can prove. OK, I submitted all information and $199 dollar fee.They received mail, cashed money order and forgot about me. I waited nine days four days longer then what they advertised. I called and they said; oops we will send results out right away! They sent me a ten page link confusing and unrelated and forward email name was wrong guy completely. That was my first clue they were up to no good. Then in the denied review was related products like mine, BUT NOT MINE AT ALL!! and they lied and reused to go to the next step. They're a middle man company that supports others that charge a huge fee to continue you with your automated failed and denied score for them to collect more revenue protected in a Lawyers name. I can legally call them gray area workers. Not guilty for prison and not honest to help. I called and was furious I fall upon another scam type of hustle... I demanded my invention packet back and they can keep the dirty cash.... They sent automated name again being different to my own. Spend your money on this company and bet you will be in the 99.2 % group. OHHHH I almost forgot!! I sent this guy an email saying i'm leaving a complaint with Revdex.com. Well, at 8am in the morning and all official, Revdex.com woman calls me and says we heard you wanna file a complaint about our paying client that we represent and would you like to settle offline? Sooo sadly.... I give this Company and all involved, half star out of 5. I give you a half cause you got a great hustle, 1,000 people a week at $200 dollars and not counting weekends, is $ 10,000,000 in Mr. L's pocket a year...
I spent my grocery money and wife and kids were and are disgusted at me.
I believed in Lambert and Lambert.

We completed the evaluation for Mr. Derrick D's invention and in the process we found 3 existing products that are very similar if not identical to his invention along with 7 very closely related patents. Because of this we feel that a patent on Mr D's invention will be rejected or issued with narrow/non-useful claims. Therefore we declined to offer Mr. D representation.
