My windows and patio door was installed on May 4, One of the techs broke a patio table top the first minutes he was here A leaded glass hanging picture now has several fine cracks in the background glass While taking down a quilt that was used as a window covering, a three corner tear was made The salesman assured me that this company took down and put back window coverings, drapes and blinds Moved and replaced any furniture that was in the way of window installation When all was done there was numerous dirty hand prints on window casing, dust in corners of finished windows, metal shavings and screws in the yard The patio door was caulked very sloppy The rest of the windows were not caulked I have talked to salesperson several times and the office manager Paul [redacted] has taken numerous message for the president, "Bud" I actually got to talk with Bud on 6/26/and he was aware of all of my concerns , told me the table top was ordered and ready to pick up and

I love the windows but I do not recommend the serviceThe sales pitch said the higher cost is for the service we receive: No one came back to check the windows, as we were toldI never received the $Walmart gift card promisedThe installation took place the week before Thanksgiving, today is March and I have no received the porch screen door that was promised 2-weeks laterI was given a paint can and told to paint the trim in a window when I get boredA nail was left sticking out of a window area and the paint on the wall was cracked around a couple windows

During the time of installation there were issues with the screensI was promised that new screens would be ordered and installedThe windows were installed in June or July or I have placed several calls and emails with responses of" we will be out next week to you are on the schedule " I followed up most recently two weeks ago and reported that I was also having an issue with a window lockAs of today I'm still waiting for service to "get back to me"

Very professional team of installers Arrived on time Went right to work windows installed without problems I noticed a difference in heat transfer the next day The house is cooler The windows are cooler We have had rain since installation, no leaks

Shopping for new windows is not easyI narrowed my search down to four companies which all performed an in-home demonstrationThree of the companies were agonizing and high-pressured which I did not appreciateSunscape was professional, knowledge and very respectful of my time and budget which is why I decided to pick them
After installation, I am delighted to say that I am very happy with their productTheir service and quality of product has exceeded my expectationsThese windows are amazing and I highly recommend Sunscape Windows & Doors

I purchased Windows from Sunscape in June of Im very happy with the Windows, however, extremely unhappy with the instillation crewThey were very messy and produced a large amount of dust during the jobDuring the instillation my wood floors were damagedThe manager of the crew tried to fix the damage but was unsuccessfulI asked him to get a professional to fix the holes his team left in the wood floorsHe ignored my request and filled the holes again with the same material used beforeThe patch job still stands today and my floors have not been fixed to my satisfactionI send Sunscape Windows an email explaining my situation over a month and a half and have not heard from themI would like a credit so I can hire a professional to fix my floors

Company orders windows and then have the customer get on their scheduling due to them ordering the windows on their timeline What happened to the customer is always right Once you make the deal, they dont accommodate you for schedulingMost of all, to get you business the demonstration guy stated they will work with you on a Saturday Hope their product is better than their word

It took us months to get Sunscape Windows to follow up with our request for replacement windowsNo one ever did come out to provide a quoteSketchy information passed between us and their "Vice President " over the phoneThat was nearly weeks agoEven though I have called repeatedly, there has been no follow up callWe are not confident that our order has even been placed

In July I called Sunscape to get a quote for windows because I saw their ad offering a $gift card just for having in-home appointmentDuring the appointment the representative of the company was very unprofessional and unprepared to do his jobWhen I mentioned the $gift card he had no idea what I was talking aboutHe said he would bring it up with his manager and get back to meI never heard back from that employeeOver the past weeks I have called the company three other times asking about the gift cardThe first time I was told they were pulling that ad but would still send me a gift cardI have now seen that ad run two more times and I still do not have my gift cardA company should not offer something if they're not willing to provide it

Amazing from the owner down to the installers are all professional, respectful and very pleased with the entire processI will be telling all my neighbors and friends about sunscape

Offered me a $gift card if I allowed them to come to my home and demo their productI did thisJustin performed the demo in January but claimed he forgot the gift card and would mail itI called the owner's son numerous times, the last time I spoke to him directlyBuck was his nameEach time I was told it would be to me in the mail by weeks endBuck himself said he would do thisI never got itadvertisingInconvenience and Fraud as well as the safety risk I incurred opening my home to themNeeds to be compensated for beyond the promised $gift card now
