Review: Called the Lambert Plumbing for a main drain stoppage. The technician charged them for 4 and half hours for $450.00, he even charged for the use of the Electric Snake $85.00 and Taxes $43.47. A grand Total of 578.47. It was a disaster nothing was done. The technician refused to snake from the main drain located in the basement, he stated if he open the main drain there will be a big mess on the floor. We could not flush any toilets can turn any faucets. When I asked to talk to the technician, he said he'll have his boss call me. I waited until the next day no call. I called another company they came went straight to the main drain solved the problem in approx 2hrs and charged me $463.82.Desired Settlement: Since the technician showed up and tried I'm willing to pay for an hour work not for four wasted hours knowing well the problem will not be solved without going to the main drain. Big mess on the floor is not an acceptable excuse. It's your job, you should come ready to work.
