Lambert Glass took $600. deposit on May 6 . No work done, no return phone calls and I'm out $600
The company called explaining was out of state and without phone reception. Owner contacted the consumer and verified he will be doing the job, and he will contact and get involved a carpenter so he can complete the glaze job.
We game Jay Lambert of Lambert Glass Llc 1508 E North St Crown Point Indiana a deposit of $230.00 to replalce glass in a window on May 18,2018. We have tried calling many times. He never did the work and won’t return phone calls.
Company contacted our office indicating will contact the consumer immediately and will take care of the complaint.

Consumer contacted our office indicating received refund on July, this matter is resolved.
Never did the work and won't pay back the money we paid upfront.
He came by our house on the 10th of October to messure the glass in our front door. We paid upfront but he never came to do the job. On December 13th, after finally getting a hold of him he told us he will pay us back. No money so far.
Jay called today and let me know he refunded Helga's money. He also said she was going to call us to let us know and that if we needed anything else you would call him.
